For my friends as candidate of teacher, ABC kid Genius
is one solution to teach English for children. ABC Kid Genius
will help you teach children the Alphabet, Numbers, Counting, Reading and
Spelling using sound, pictures and video fun.
ABC
Kid Genius is broken down into several categories: learning words singly, using
words in sentences and story formats, learning numbers, and counting. The
program's databases of words and stories are limited in this free version.
Users have the option to purchase a membership that will allow you to add to
the program's databases of words, numbers, and story pages. Users can select which words they
want to add and even upload a photo to illustrate what the word describes. You
can add sound clips and video, which gives parents the opportunity to
personalize the program.
Using the recognition method babies and toddlers learn
by watching auto rotating lesson. Kids as young as 18mths can learn to use the
keyboard. Children progress and learn to type the alphabet and number, count,
read and learn to spell with your own created word or our daily free words.
Story reading shows the child how words are used in sentences. Flash word,
shows the word and a picture that relates to it. Spelling shows a picture of
the word and puts blanks under it. There is also a help button which pops the
word under the dashes allowing the child to copy the word letter by letter. If
the word is spelled correctly a video is played as reward. Word can be added or
deleted to the spelling.
ABC
Kid Genius is fully functional and a free to use educational tool. Create
spelling and flash words using your own sound, pictures and video clips or from
many free media sources available on the internet. ABC Kid Genius can be set to
US or INT (international) English.
Advantages of ABC Kid Genius:
